Shipping and delivery
We carefully do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible.Delivery time
If you order before 3:00 PM on working days, your order will be shipped the same day and your package will be delivered the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.
Abroad: from 3 working days (depending on the country).
If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.Postage costs
Within the Netherlands: € 5.95 per order. From € 30.00 free.
Abroad: from € 9.95 per order (depending on country).
For Belgium you can simply order via this webshop. For other countries send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and what you want to order.
Unfortunately, we cannot take back the Breast and Perineum Compress Set and Perineum Shower because these are hygiene products. If there is something wrong with one of our products, you can of course always contact us at email@example.com. We will then look for a solution together.
Before the order is sent to you, we check this carefully so that it is delivered to you in good order. In the unlikely event that something went wrong (during transport), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
The Breast and Perineum Pads are reusable. It is completely normal for the gel beads in the compresses to break off after several uses. The compresses can then still be used.
If the pads leak and/or are punctured, do not use the pads and throw them away.
